James Blond as a producer has seen success in both the commercial market & club charts.

Under his own name & his 'Rhythm Central' guise James Blond has had tracks licenced to movie soundtracks, released DJ mix compilation albums & achieved chart success with his single releases.

Most notibly his 'What I Need' single featuring the legendary Roachford was signed to Sony BMG & is still receiving heavy rotation on dancefloors care of the new 2011 remix package now available

The self signed 'Ontheloose' release received air play on Scott Mills drivetime show on Radio 1 & is a firm favourite of many a retro jock.

Licenced for the Run Fatboy Run soundtrack the single 'Funkdefining' featuring soul sensation Nate James was re-released in March 2011 & heavy Miami rotation has ensured the track is being heard on the airwaves as well as the funkier floors.

Other tracks including 'Do It Again' & 'This Is How It Used To Be' continue to be played across the globe & are regularly requested when he performs a DJ set.
